1. Thailand/Siam is to speahead a strong democratic Southeast Asian block (ASEAN) which is to check Chinese domination. For this purpose a closer tie to Japan is to be aimed.
2. A free-trade region within ASEAN is to be aimed.
3. Any damming of the Mekong river is to be opposed.
4. On Burma Human Rights issues has to be given priority before any business deals.
5. Dalai Lama should explicitely declared a welcomed person to the country.
6. A closer cooperation with India is to be sought.
